Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Possess strong site management skills to effectively oversee multiple sites.
Ensure proper allocation and understanding of upcoming sites.
Source and manage teams for efficient site operations.
Lead and manage site planning activities.
Ensure all sites are delivered on time and according to project specifications.
Select appropriate materials based on site requirements to ensure quality and compliance.
Resolve ongoing site issues and provide necessary support.
Manage onsite disputes and conflicts; visit sites when necessary to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor and oversee the technical applications in each step of the project.
Ensure quality standards are maintained and conduct performance testing as required.
Maintain daily site reports and necessary project documentation.
Efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Take full charge of all ongoing projects, ensuring their successful completion.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Epoxy, Waterproofing, and various Coating applications.
