WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Coach, mentor, and guide the QA team

• Ensure the ongoing professional development of team members through skill plan reviews, training suggestions, and consensus evaluations

• Understand project requirements and scope to determine QA level of effort and allocate resources accordingly

• Match QA team members with project/product needs and act as a role model to maintain a collaborative, high-performance culture

• Provide issue resolution support and escalate concerns as needed

• Lead the QA vision and strategy, including automation framework development and integration of QA into the SDLC

• Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, and Agile Process teams to research and implement QA tools

ABOUT YOU

• Proven experience managing QA testers in software development or similar environments

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and develop talent

• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and a creative, analytical mindset

• Effective communicator across technical and non-technical audiences

• Comfortable working cross-functionally with customers, teams, vendors, and management

• Knowledge/experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum preferred)

• Technical experience with tools or platforms such as Angular, .NET, MVC, C#, Microsoft Windows Server, MS SQL Server, and Windows 10 is a plus
