Job Responsibilities (Key Duties & Expectations)
Troubleshooting Issues reported by Customers.Respond to support tickets, calls, or emails and guide Customers through solutions.Maintain detailed records of issues, resolutions, and system changes for future reference.Monitoring & maintaining system health and perform routine maintenance to prevent issues.Work with other functions to escalate complex issues or implement system upgrades.Use ticketing systems to track and manage support requests efficiently.
Specific Requirements (Shifts, Travel, Languages, etc.) - Willing to work in multiple/rotational shifts. Including weekends/holidays.
