Engineer System Integration & Testing-Ahmedabad

• Building and defining Integration, usage, and support protocols for RESS vehicle validation.
• Conducting and supporting all sub-systems and vehicle validation and Homologation
  

• Interfacing with Multidisciplinary system owning Group.
• Interface with key stakeholders in Project &amp CoC interactions.
• Conducting basic integration and bring-up SW activities and Tests.
  

• Knowledge of Vehicle Architecture
• Knowledge of Electric Vehicles and their components i.e., Battery management system,
  

• Develop Test cases, validate, and enhance various products for electric vehicles.
• Contribute to powertrain and vehicle-level integrations from prototype to production.
• Knowledge of sub-assembly level components Integration.
• Knowledge of Electric Vehicle System Level Architecture, Integration &amp Troubleshooting.
• Be part of a team to develop Testing &amp Validation of EV components, DVP&ampR, and FMEA.
• Be part of a team to develop a test Jig and Automation for the system validation.
• EV Component/System level testing as per compliance (AIS, ISO, IEC, NEMA, IEEE, CMVR,
  

• Knowledge of EMI/EMC Testing at the component level as well as vehicle level.
• Knowledge of Environment and durability Testing at the component level as well as vehicle
  

• Candidate must have knowledge of External Test lab agencies (ICAT, TUV, ARAI, etc.)
• Be part of a team for Failure Analysis and prepare RCA.
• Have a focus on hardware troubleshooting for the system.
  

Skillset

• Solid background in Testing and validation of Electric vehicles.
• Automotive debugging/validation experience with a Motor controller, charger, BMS, BCU,
  

• Hands-on experience in power electronics, Embedded hardware, REESS System Testing,
  

• Hands-on Experience with CAN &amp OBD tools, Power Analyzer, and DC/AC Source.
• Hands-on Experience with Power analyzers, Digital oscilloscopes, and Power supplies.
• Experience in EMI/EMC tests as per Automotive standards.
• Knowledge of environmental, and reliability Testing requirements for automotive.
  

Education &amp Experience Requirements

• Qualified to degree level or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical / Electronics and Communication Engineering, Automobile
  

• 1-3 years’ experience in Automotive product development.
