Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Customer RFQ study for understanding the requirement and prepare initial report.
  • Prepare or study GA layout Drawing using Autocad for turnkey or brouwn field projects.
  • Prepare & Study equipment BOM annexur as per technical input.
  • Cost/ price analysis for Outsourcing jobs- Sheet Metal, Casting , Forging ,Fabrication, machining.
  • Cost price analysis of Mehchanical bought outs.
  • Overall sales estimation and quote preparation by studying technical proosal.
  • Devlop Organization Budget Sheet and circulate the same to internal departments.
  • Prepare standard cost sheet , taking quatations from bought out suppliers and submitting best quote ahead.
  • Techno Commercial comparisons & Drawings received from customer, Prepare the Costing & Quotations of various products & Projects by considering all the inputs, resolve the queries by discussing with customer.
  • Preliminary Scanning of the RFQ/Tender
  • Finalize on the costing and prepare the techno-Commercial Proposal,
  • Preparation of P&ID process drawings BOM
  • Negotiate project based price.
  • Overhead budget, material budget, departmental budget, AMC budget .
  • Prepare techno commercial offer with BOQ and scope clarification documents.

  • Any other related work which deemed to be fit by the organization.

CANDIDATE PROFILE : - Candidate Experience from unit material handling systems for 4 wheeler manufactures. All Type Conveyors , Turn Table , Lifters , ASRS , AGV , AMR. Exposure to handle turnkey project inquiries. Good knowledge of Costing & Estimation.Technical Offer Prepation , Presentation , good communication skill.
