To attend project Kick of meeting for project scope, application and control requirements. Study the project scope, related Equipments application and do the PLC Programming. Preparation of Electrical Specification of PLC & Automation for DAP Submission. Close coordination with mechanical & electrical design team for requirement of the application and prepare PLC programme development plan. Development of PLC, SCADA & HMI Program and parameter setting of VFD & Controllers, Interlock List, IP Address list. Cautiously checking of PLC Architecture with all technical Specification with loophole. Make of Conveyor logic. PLC Programming on Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley & Siemens System Develop specifications in order to meet technical, safety, quality standards, production schedules, cost and budget goals. Develop new innovating ideas and solutions to reduce the Cost of Programming and Commissioning. Make Control Flow Diagram for every project. Online Support in installation and commissioning activities, align the Third party resources and infra structure accordingly. Pre identification of risk areas and prepare back up plan accordingly. Correspondence with Vendor's for outsource work validation and ensuring ontime completion of the task. Fulfill the commitment and achieve the targets that has been accepted by Company. Daily Meeting between with the colleagues regarding the progress of Project. Submit the final handover documents to client. Note: - Also all the other work deemed fit by organization.
