Maintenance and Identification of parts at all stages

Control the process as per documented procedures

Continuous improvement in the productivity & other related areas.

Identification, review, correction of non-conforming products

Ensure machine wise strokes adherence

Responsible for excellent housekeeping on shop

Ensure safety in all activities

Analyze and reduce the rejections in customer end and in-house.

Making daily production reports.

Responsible for TPM implementation and follow the same in line.

Daily verify the operator maintenance check sheet and correct the problems if any variation in machine parameters with support of maintenance.

Ensure sensors are properly working and any deviation

Ensure production entry in ERP & Excel each shift

Avoid part mix-up and materials on floor

Ensure BOM For every Blank stage Match incoming RM

Ensure breakdown slip for maintenance & Tooling
