Job Description

As a Sales Professional in the East Region for Emerson, your role will involve driving the PSS lifecycle services Portfolio within the Installed Base of DeltaV DCS and managing Spare Parts. You will collaborate closely with Regional & BU Colleagues to develop strategies for market penetration and new opportunities. Your 10+ years of experience in Sales and Business Development in Controls & Software will be crucial as you work on various platforms and implement growth-oriented strategies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Take ownership of Individual booking / Target. - Utilize deep technical knowledge of DeltaV DCS System to understand customer challenges and provide solutions. - Conduct service presentations and technical discussions to communicate the benefits of lifecycle services effectively. - Analyze customer requirements and propose customized service agreements based on their instrumentation and operational needs. - Drive booking growth within the region and ensure major opportunities are positioned for success. - Coordinate regional sales activities such as Roadshows, Marketing events, and new product launches. - Engage with the assigned marketplace with PSS lifecycle services, RS. - Provide support to AR and Sales Teams as required. - Align with all vital Regional and Business Unit Checkpoint Controls. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering. - Demonstrated ability in Technical Sales, Business Development in Controls System, Software, and Reliability Solution with a strong track record of driving growth. - Experience in engaging with Large Clients and Corporate Houses while maintaining a strong leadership connect. - Strong technical skills to motivate and engage with End Customers and Consultants. - Problem-solving skills with excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and prioritization abilities. - Self-management of workload and handling multiple concurrent projects effectively to meet deadlines. - Ability to manage conflicting priorities from customers and demonstrate resilience and strong influencing skills.
