Engineer/ Senior Engineer - Sales

As a regional sales professional at Emerson India, your role is crucial in driving business growth in the assigned territory, particularly focusing on Power Water and Solutions business and other Systems & Software businesses in Chhattisgarh state, Nagpur territory, and the East region of India. Your main responsibilities will include: - Meeting and exceeding the assigned order budget - Forecasting monthly and quarterly POR using CRM - Engaging in the marketplace with the complete SYSS portfolio - Ensuring MRO and Lifecycle business for Installed Base Sales - Targeting existing customers with various solution offerings - Acting as a conduit between the field and concerned team members - Collaborating with various business units in your territory - Aligning with strategies set by business and regional leadership To excel in this role, you will need: - A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering - Knowledge of DCS, PLC, Asset Management system, RTU, SCADA - Consultative selling skills to build value for End User customers and consultants - Sound understanding of the Metal and power plant industry for positioning plant automation concepts Emerson values a workplace where every employee is empowered to grow, innovate, collaborate, and contribute diverse perspectives.
