Engineer - Sales & Marketing

Roles:

• Generating sales leads
• Customer follow-ups
• Support order closure
• Product specialization
• Supporting marketing initiatives

Responsibilities:

• Covering the entire territory responsible from Baroda.
• Support in increasing the sales revenue.
• Generating qualified leads.
• Follow-ups with customers and internal teams.
• Supporting the team in order Execution.
• Playing a vital role in the region's sales forecast and outcome.
• Support sales promotional activities like technical seminars, presentations and exhibitions.
• Taking necessary learning wherever required in the best possible way.
• Adhering to organizational values at all times.

Qualification:

• Graduate Engineer in Mechanical Field.

Experience:

• 01 to 04 years of experience in Sales/Marketing/Business Development in Rotary products.

Skills & Competencies:

• Street smart & self - starter.
• Customer handling skills.
• Presentation and good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn and retain product specific information and utilization to position the features and benefits to customers.
• Should be willing to travel extensively in the Region.
