Job Description

Ensuring intime inspection of SAP confirmed material for raw materials and rubber compounds
Ontime destructive testing reports circulation
Sustenance of SPC and improving capability of selected processes
Analysis of Non-FTR Production through past data Ensure implementation of actions plans and its sustenance through continuous monitoring
Conducting audit in-line with SOP/GL in Rubber RM store Banbury Operation dept.
Preparation and review of PFD/ PFMEA/ CP for Rubber Raw Material Store and Banbury Operation dept.
Identifying imparting Skill/Training through assessment
Identification closure of Unsafe condition and unsafe act
Preparation of HIRA and regular updating of the same for Raw Material and Banbury lab
Ensure compliance of MSDS at Lab
Monthly stock audit for RM store Banbury Floor
