Role Description

Engineer –Mechanical Design

Research and develop designs for projects in a range of sectors, from, S.P.M and manufacturing.

Modify existing products or designs to increase efficiency or improve performance, and manage the process of turning their designs into reality.

Require GD&T Knowledge and basics of materials selection and manufacturing process.

Basic knowledge of sheet metal & parts Design, Industrial Automation System, Standard Brought out parts.

Typical duties include:

• working with clients and colleagues to develop a G,A design brief

• using mathematical knowledge and skills to design solutions

• researching whether the design will work and be cost-effective

• assessing and testing the usability, environmental impact and safety of a design

• using computer-Aided design (Solid works)

• making a material bom , hardware bom

• sheet metal design working

• Managing the development process, including tracking progress and costs, and keeping clients informed.

Qualifications

Qualification - BE (Mechanical) / Diploma/ B.tech

Software –

• Solid Works (3D CAD) -PROFICIENT

• 3D Designing, 2D Drawing - PROFICIENT

• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.)

Experience

Minimum 5-6 years in Manufacturing Industry .
