Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring accurate estimates of duration, cost, and resources required for successful execution.
Create detailed project plans, including milestones, tasks, and dependencies to ensure effective communication among team members.
Monitor progress against scheduled timelines and budgets by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as schedule variance, budget variances, etc.
Identify potential roadblocks early on and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks affecting project timelines or costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to scope changes, design modifications, permits & approvals.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-7 years of experience in civil engineering planning with expertise in Microsoft Project Management Tools like MS Project Professional/Primavera P6.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.).
Strong understanding of PMP principles and practices; certification preferred but not mandatory.
Proficiency in creating complex schedules using Primavera software; ability to analyze data from various sources.
