Job Description

Industry: Real Estate Developer (URGENT OPENING)_ONLY THOSE SHOULD APPLY WHO CAN JOIN EARLY.

Job Summary:

Management and Banking Coordination:

Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to management.
Manage relationships with banks.
Handle all banking-related matters efficiently.

Compliance and Regulations:

Ensure compliance with RERA, DTCP, GST, and Income Tax regulations.
Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations.

Books Finalization:

Oversee the finalization of accounts.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Knowledge of real estate development and property management accounting.
Assistance in the books finalization and co-ordination with the auditors for the audit of the Books.

Internal Coordination:

Work closely with internal departments to resolve any document deficiencies.
Ensure smooth and efficient workflow within the department.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in ERP systems (preferably In4Suite).
Experienced in accounting software (like Tally).

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in the real estate developer company.
Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in ERP systems (preferably In4Suite) and accounting software (like Tally).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
