Position Overview : We are seeking a skilled and motivated Tax & Accounting Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an Inter CA with a minimum of 3 years of Articleship experience. The selected candidate will be primarily working with Indian domain clients, but may also handle offshore clients on a need basis. The candidate must have practical experience in GST (Goods and Services Tax), Income Tax filing, and Statutory Audi. Client Management : Maintaining and developing relationships with clients. Providing clear and professional communication regarding taxation and accounting matters. Accountability: To ensure timely and accurate completion of all the tasks assigned with minimum review points. Requirements : Educational Qualification : Completed Inter CA (Chartered Accountant) Must have completed at least 3 years of Articleship with exposure to GST, Income Tax, and Audit Tax. Experience : 0 to 2 years of experience working in a Chartered Accountancy (CA) firm post-Articleship. Hands-on experience in GST, Income Tax filing , and Statutory Audit . Familiarity with Indian taxation laws and procedures is essential. Skills : Proficient in Tally, Excel , and other accounting software tools. Leadership & accountability : The candidate should assume end to end accountability of all the projects assigned to him/her and provide the deliverable with minimum review points Requirements : Educational Qualification : Completed Chartered Accountant (CA) degree from a recognized institute. Experience : 0-2 years of post-qualification experience in Statutory Audits , Income Tax Audits , and GST Audits . Experience working in a Chartered Accountancy firm is preferred. Skills : High proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential for client communication and report preparation. Strong knowledge of Indian taxation laws, Indian accounting standards, and auditing procedures . Knowledge of IFRS would be an add on Proficiency in Tally , Excel , and other accounting and auditing software. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
