Roles and Responsibilities Develop project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring accurate estimates of duration, cost, and resources required for successful execution. Create detailed project plans, including milestones, tasks, and dependencies to ensure effective communication among team members. Monitor progress against scheduled timelines and budgets by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as schedule variance, budget variances, etc. Identify potential roadblocks early on and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks affecting project timelines or costs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to scope changes, design modifications, permits & approvals. Desired Candidate Profile 5-7 years of experience in civil engineering planning with expertise in Microsoft Project Management Tools like MS Project Professional/Primavera P6. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.). Strong understanding of PMP principles and practices; certification preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency in creating complex schedules using Primavera software; ability to analyze data from various sources.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Department (HOD) - Accounts to join our dynamic team in the real estate developer company. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing all accounting functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Management and Banking Coordination: Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to management. Manage relationships with banks. Handle all banking-related matters efficiently. Compliance and Regulations: Ensure compliance with RERA, DTCP, GST, and Income Tax regulations. Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations. Books Finalization: Oversee the finalization of accounts. Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records. Knowledge of real estate development and property management accounting. Assistance in the books finalization and co-ordination with the auditors for the audit of the Books. Internal Coordination: Work closely with internal departments to resolve any document deficiencies. Ensure smooth and efficient workflow within the department. Technical Skills: Proficient in ERP systems (preferably In4Suite). Experienced in accounting software (like Tally). Qualifications: Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in the real estate developer company. Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Role & responsibilities Desirable Real Estate experience in High rise residential housing projects. Ensure designs align with local regulations, zoning requirements, and environmental considerations. Coordination with external consultants for timely release of drawings to engineering team for further preparation of GFC drawings. Hands on with working drawings. Safe keeping/preservation of the as built drawings. Preparation of Sanction drawings. Co-ordination with Project site team. Timely issuance of GFCs to ensure proper planning and execution. Key Result areas assist in Project planning and execution. Should be comfortable in high pressure timelines. Should have good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
