One of the largest Global German MNCs in the packaging industry, serving both Industrial and FMCG segments, is looking to strengthen its operations team in India.

Position: Engineer – Plant Maintenance (Injection Moulding Machines)

Location: [Insert Plant Location]
Qualification: Diploma / Graduate Engineer (Mechanical / Electrical / Production preferred)
Experience: 5–8 years in Plastic Injection Moulding Machine maintenance

Role Responsibilities

• Responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance of injection moulding machines and associated utilities.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Execute maintenance schedules, monitor machine health, and improve equipment reliability.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in maintenance practices.
• Coordinate with production teams to support continuous and efficient operations.
• Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective & preventive actions.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate Engineer with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in injection moulding machine maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of machine troubleshooting, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC-based systems.
• Exposure to packaging / plastics manufacturing industry preferred.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and team coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
