Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for installation, operation and maintenance of electrical systems at the mine site, ensuring high reliability, safety compliance and minimal downtime of mining operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise electrical operations and maintenance of mine electrical systems and equipment.
  • Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure maximum uptime.
  • Diagnose and rectify electrical faults promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards and audits.
  • Assist in maintenance planning, budgeting and spares management.
  • Maintain electrical logs, compliance documents and MIS.
  • Support energy consumption monitoring and cost optimization initiatives.


Qualification & Certification:

  • Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
  • Valid Electrical Supervisor / LT / HT License is mandatory


Experience:

  • 3–8 years in electrical operations & maintenance, preferably in mining or heavy industry.
