ServiceNow L2 Required advanced implementation and development skills within the ServiceNowPlatform Supported in ServiceNow Implementation on ITSM, ITOM, Upgrade Experience in Implementing CMDB Discovery, Service Mapping, SAM, PPM, CMS toService Portal Migration Experience administering a ServiceNow instance including managing the overallsecurity of the platform, configuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs),developing workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs,catalog items, Flow Designer, Integration Hub models, Integration Spokes,Dashboards, Performance Analytics Developing, designing, configuring and rollout of new application modules,workflows and catalog requests Provide top level business and technology architecture consultancy services toour clients Understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integrationsolutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST,SOAP, SCP, FTPS, JSON
