Job Description

Responsible for project management of complex Feasibility.
Collection of customer information and order placement forrequired last mile.
Understanding of projectdelivery lifecycle and adhering TAT.
Lead, schedule andmonitor program management activities for all customer deliveries
Interact with relevant cross-functional teams and customer forrespective dependencies into project plans and program manage with customers.
Manageinitiation, Scheduling, tracking, reporting and execution of project as per theagreed schedule for order commissioning.
Identify and liaise with the key stakeholders involved in theproject.
Defineproject milestones and highlight project outcome.
Conduct periodic updates and reviews to ensure project stays ontrack and delays.
Drive mitigation ofdelivery issues and timelines through effective escalation management withsenior management wherever necessary.
Ensures project documents are completed and stored appropriately
Interact with back-end teams/CFT to understand issues raisedaround customer dependency clearances.

Specific skills or otherrequirements

Experience mustinvolve four plus (4+) years of experience in the following:
Hands on experience onvarious tools -OptimusTcx/M6/SFDC/POS/Crammer/Axis portal/PAM/MDM
Solution and network design
Knowledge in RF Technology
Service operations
network management
incident management
technical account management
Communication Skills
Data Analytics and presentation
Education:Any Graduation/BE.
Certification - CCNA, CCNPpreferred.
