Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and modify PLC programs for automation and control systems.
Create, review, and update electrical design drawings for new and existing machinery.
Configure, test, and troubleshoot VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives) and other automation hardware.
Collaborate with production teams to provide technical support during machine assembly, wiring, and commissioning.
Support new product development and improvement initiatives focused on electrical and control systems.
Prepare and maintain BOMs (Bill of Materials) for electrical components and systems.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and engineering standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Participate in testing, debugging, and documentation of automation projects.

Skills Required:

Strong understanding of PLC and HMI programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley, or Mitsubishi).
Knowledge of analog and digital circuit design and troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with electrical wiring, panel assembly, and testing.
Familiarity with TCP/IP-based communication systems.
Ability to prepare and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) for electrical components.
Working knowledge of electrical design tools such as AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN.
Understanding of industrial automation systems, sensors, relays, and actuators.
Problem-solving and debugging skills for control system integration.
Strong analytical, communication, and documentation abilities.
