Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end procurement of electronics and mechanical components for production and R&D. Identify, evaluate, and develop new vendors for strategic sourcing and supply risk mitigation. Conduct price benchmarking, negotiations, and cost analysis to achieve optimum pricing without compromising quality. Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure timely supply and consistent quality. Collaborate with Design, Production, and Quality teams to understand technical requirements and material specifications. Manage purchase orders, delivery schedules, and inventory levels to avoid production delays. Track and analyze procurement KPIs such as cost savings, supplier performance, and delivery adherence. Ensure compliance with internal procurement processes and documentation standards. Support continuous improvement in sourcing strategy and supplier base expansion. Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree in Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in procurement within electronics manufacturing, lighting, or industrial engineering sectors. Proven experience in vendor development, cost negotiation, and strategic sourcing. Strong knowledge of electronic components, BOM structures, and mechanical fabrication processes. Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and data-driven decision-making.
Oversee line balancing and production targets, ensure manpower efficiency, maintain 5S and production documentation, monitor quality, and ensure process discipline with good knowledge of electronic components and assembly.
Perform prototype assembly, testing, and validation of power electronic circuits; operate lab instruments (DSO, multimeter etc.) debug hardware issues; prepare BOMs, reports, and documentation; support design validation and ensure quality compliance.
