Job Overview:

Conducting telephonic exit interviews for the employees who have quit the client

organizations to identify the possible causes to reduce the attrition rate.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Conducting telephonic exit interviews with employees in a specific format and/or conducting periodic conversations with candidates who have been offered byour client organizations, and/or having effective conversations with employees of our clients to identify attrition at an early stage.

• Framing feedback for the responses captured from the employee

• Identifying the reason why the employee left the company

• Probing about the factors that triggered the employee to leave

• Should complete the required number of daily targets

Requirements:

• Good communication, writing, listening and probing skills

• Good time management skills

• Personal laptop, mobile and a good internet connection

• Past HR/ psychology work experience would be preferred

• Education – for freshers - Psychology graduate or post graduate OR MBA in HR

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
