Engagement Specialist

Role Overview: As an HR Engagement Specialist at our Vadodara operations, your primary responsibility will be to design and implement programs that boost employee satisfaction, retention, and workplace culture. You will be instrumental in fostering positive employee relationships and creating a high-performing work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute employee engagement activities including events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives. - Collaborate with leadership and HR teams to analyze employee engagement trends and propose enhancement strategies. - Assist in onboarding and orientation programs to facilitate seamless integration of new hires into the company culture. - Manage employee communications, surveys, and feedback channels to promote transparent dialogue. - Coordinate with internal departments to encourage employee participation in company-wide programs and CSR initiatives. - Contribute to the development and execution of retention and recognition strategies aligned with organizational goals. - Ensure HR compliance and maintain documentation related to engagement programs, attendance, and participation. - Provide support in grievance handling and cultivate a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative work environment. - Play a role in shaping a positive employer brand through employee storytelling, internal campaigns, and engagement metrics. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology. - 2-4 years of experience in HR engagement, employee relations, or organizational development. - Preference for experience in a BPO or corporate setting. - Proficiency in interpersonal skills, communication, and event management. - Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging employee experiences. - Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS/engagement tools.,
