Partnering with a top-tier license & compliance company, we’re safeguarding the digital landscape 🔐✨Now, we’re looking for a passiona te Engagement Special ist to join our fast-growing team and take our anti-piracy campaigns to new heights! 🚀 🔑 What You’ll Do: 🌍 Coord inate with customers/clients in India to manage compliance and anti-piracy campa igns.📊 Analyze and evaluate data from investigations and update CRM systems for repor ting.🚀 Develop new leads using external sources and refine customer engagement strate gies.📂 Organize document ation to ensure smooth, consistent processes and knowledge-sha ring.🧩 Provide ad-hoc ana lysis to meet evolving business n eeds. 👀 What We’re Lookin g For: 💼 1+ year exp erience in sales or Legal (sales exposure; software compliance or piracy experience is a plus!).🧠 Strong desire t o learn and grow within a global envir onment.🗣️ Fluency in English (required) and proficie ncy in Hindi or another regional Indian l anguage (preferred) for effective communi cation.📊 Comfortable with data managemen t tools, metrics, and Omni-channel communication (calls, emails, video).📈 Basic to intermediate skills in M S Excel or equivalents (Google Sheets, SPSS).🌐 Effective internet skills including search techniques and online lead gene ration.💬 Strong communication and organizational ab ilities to prioritize tasks under pr essure.🔄 Adapt ability to changing campaign priorities and remote te amwork. 💥 Preferred Traits: 🌟 Eager to learn more about software compliance and ant i-piracy.🖥️ T ech-savvy with a passion for customer success and en gagement.🤝 Collaborativ e mindset – ready to take on challenges and work with glob al teams.🏃 ♂️ Thrive in a fast-paced en vironment and persevere through o bstacles.
