**Role Overview:** As an Engagement Manager at ZoomRx, you will be responsible for delighting clients with successful project delivery. You will oversee projects for key accounts, ensuring in-depth understanding of client business, ZoomRx service lines, and client requirements. Your role will involve guiding the team, allocating resources, driving operational excellence, managing staffing decisions, and ensuring client satisfaction by proactively interacting with US counterparts.
