As an Energy Solution Strategist at Good Enough Energy, your primary responsibility shall be client -relationship management including driving opportunities to closure and converting into successful deals.
• Identify and prospect new customers through various channels (networking, cold calling, referrals).
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to meet customer needs.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to exceed sales targets.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM updates.
• 4 to 6 years of sales or business development experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• A self-motivated and results-driven mindset
• Experience in Electrical field is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• MBA/B.E./B/Tech. is a plus in relevant field!
