End User Support Specialist

You have an exciting opportunity to join Telus Digital as a Senior End User Computing Specialist located in Gift City, Gandhinagar. As a Sr. End User Computing Specialist, your main responsibilities include providing technical support to internal and external clients, administration staff, and EUC specialists. You will ensure that additional hardware and software requirements are met and that systems are functioning according to company standards. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to operations and staff, focusing on continuous process improvement. - Ensure the availability of computing resources, implement security policies, and support various technological platforms. - Assist in connectivity systems, patching, and monitoring the implementation of best practices. - Support technology projects and accounts development and operation. - Deliver physical and remote support to users. - Uphold a high level of customer service for all support queries and follow service management principles. - Take ownership of user problems and proactively resolve issues. - Respond to internal client inquiries and assist in resolving hardware or software issues. - Provide users with training and advice on computer equipment usage. - Manage changes in distro lists and organizational units within G Suite. - Perform updates, patches, and software deployments. - Execute VLAN changes and act as the main point of contact for IT-related activities at the site. - Maintain IT asset management controls for assets under your responsibility. Qualifications: - Relevant experience in providing technical support to users and technology platforms. - Strong knowledge of hardware and software systems. - Ability to implement security policies and best practices effectively. - Excellent customer service skills and proactive approach to problem-solving. - Proficiency in G Suite management and IT asset management. - Flexibility to work in rotational flexible shifts, including night shifts.
