Key Responsibilities

  • Own the

    end-to-end sales cycle

    from MQL to deal closure for assigned inbound leads/accounts

  • Convert high-quality inbound leads across

    North American markets

  • Conduct

    discovery calls and solution-based product pitches

    to understand customer needs, use cases, budgets, and timelines

  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline within a short sales cycle

  • Collaborate closely with

    Research, Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams

    to ensure customer success

  • Drive revenue growth through strong relationship building and account expansion

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3–8 years

    of experience in

    B2B Inside Sales / Inbound Sales

  • Strong experience in

    consultative selling

  • Proven track record of

    meeting or exceeding revenue targets

  • Experience selling to

    international (North American) clients

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong phone & email etiquette

  • Ability to

    qualify, prioritize, and maximize ROI

    on inbound opportunities

  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills

  • Insightful, persuasive, organized, and data-driven

  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and positive attitude

  • Executive-level presentation and negotiation skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Management, Engineering, or a related field

  • Willingness to work in

    US shift timings
