Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Non-Technical Program Manager to oversee and manage a variety of projects and programs within our organization. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and achieving strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: Program Coordination: Plan, execute, and oversee multiple projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between different departments, stakeholders, and senior management to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. Resource Management: Allocate resources efficiently, balancing team workloads, and ensuring optimal utilization. Timeline and Budget Oversight: Develop and manage project timelines and budgets, tracking progress and making necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and financial targets. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports on project status, milestones, and outcomes for senior management and stakeholders. Process Improvement: Evaluate current processes and workflows, recommending and implementing improvements for greater efficiency and effectiveness. Team Leadership: Guide and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in business administration, Management, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a non-technical setting. Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven leadership and team management capabilities. Proficiency in project management tools and software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
