Smt Process Engineer (Electrical)

Roles and Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimize production processes for electronic manufacturing using SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and AOI (Automated Optical Inspection). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement process enhancements. Conduct root cause analysis of defects and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations through regular audits and inspections. Develop and maintain documentation of production processes, including procedures, work instructions, and training materials. Desired Candidate Profile 10-12 years of experience in electronics manufacturing industry with expertise in SMT & AOI technologies. B.Tech/B.E. degree in Electrical or related field from a recognized institution. Strong understanding of PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) assembly operations, soldering techniques, and inspection methods. PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO CANDIDATES WHO CAN JOIN US IMMEDIATELY
