Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate Program Manager to join our team at JUSPAY. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management and excellent analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective program management strategies to achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Manage and track program progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
Analyze data and metrics to measure program performance and make informed decisions.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including sponsors, customers, and team members.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with programs, developing contingency plans as needed.
