Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct online/classroom induction & onboarding sessions for new hires.
  • Deliver training programs for in-house employees and TEMs.
  • Develop training content and self-study materials.
  • Ensure timely completion of assessments and maintain reports.
  • Coordinate with department heads to design training modules as per business needs.
  • Manage training calendar and certification of trainers/managers.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for testing and process enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Strong facilitation and communication skills.
  • Experience in employee training, onboarding, and content development.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and training requirements.
