Role Overview
This is an individual contributor role focused on consulting internal and external stakeholders to address business challenges related to training, knowledge management, and transition support. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise in Finance and Accountingspecifically Accounts Payable (PTP)—along with strong instructional design and facilitation capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deliver, and certify trainers on learning principles, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Deliver domain-specific training in Accounts Payable (PTP), leveraging rich experience in Finance and Accounting.
- Conduct communication and need-based training sessions to enhance workforce capabilities.
- Create and manage training content and materials aligned with business needs.
- Act as a Knowledge Manager, ensuring governance and upkeep of knowledge repositories.
- Collaborate with LOBs and cross-functional teams to identify and address training needs.
- Conduct training needs assessments and develop instructional solutions.
- Provide consulting support for organization-wide training initiatives and projects.
- Utilize various training formats including instructor-led, train-the-trainer, e-learning, and multimedia.
- Recommend and implement innovative enhancements to training programs and delivery methods.
- Lead consulting engagements, ensuring quality, client satisfaction, and timely delivery.
- Research and evaluate advancements in LMS, educational technologies, and instructional design.
- Govern and report on transition activities including KA/KT and accreditation status.
- Participate in governance calls and coordinate with clients/stakeholders on transition updates.
Education
Graduate (Preferred: B.Com, MBA Finance, or Inter/Semi-qualified CA/CMA)
Required Knowledge & Skills
- Strong domain expertise in Accounts Payable (PTP)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for instructional content development
- Ability to interpret learning needs and design effective instructional solutions
- Experience in developing and evaluating training plans and curricula
- Knowledge of instructional theories for both online and classroom training
- Strong communication (verbal and written), analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Project management and presentation capabilities
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles
Preferred Skills
- Experience with content authoring tools like Captivate, Storyline
- Familiarity with training analytics and LMS platforms
- Exposure to international/domestic accounts across various LoBs (e.g., travel, tech support, retail)

- Hands-on experience in Finance & Accounts, specifically Accounts Payable (PTP)
- Proven ability to train adult learners and novice users
- Experience in training delivery and instructional design
