Employee Relation Officer

Role Overview: As the Employee Relations Officer, you are responsible for managing and enhancing employee relations within the organization. Your role involves developing and implementing strategies to address employee issues, promoting a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. You will serve as a liaison between employees and management, providing guidance and support in resolving conflicts and fostering effective communication.
