Employee Relation Officer

As an Employee Relations Officer, your role involves managing and enhancing employee relations within the organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to address employee issues, promoting a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Serving as a liaison between employees and management, you will provide guidance and support in resolving conflicts and fostering effective communication.
