Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Employee Experience Specialist / HR Business Partner to lead and support initiatives that enhance employee engagement, onboarding experience, and organizational culture. This role will be instrumental in fostering a people-first environment by driving key HR initiatives, managing touchpoints across the employee lifecycle, and ensuring a vibrant and inclusive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Onboarding & Induction

• Design and deliver a Day 1 Delight onboarding experience to new joiners.

• Coordinate new hire orientation, induction programs, and ensure smooth transitions.

• Act as a culture ambassador for the organization during the onboarding journey.

2. Employee Engagement & Communication

• Plan and execute regular engagement activities such as: o Fun Fridays, Monthly Birthday Celebrations, Tech Talks, Community Groups, and more. o Send Birthday & Work Anniversary emails and coordinate engagement blogs.

• Partner with support functions to enhance overall engagement strategy.

• Conduct Focus Group Discussions to gather employee insights.

3. HR Engagement Initiatives

4. Events & Recognition

• Plan and drive internal events including: o Annual Digitide, All-Hands Meetings (AHMs), Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programs.

• Ensure seamless execution of virtual/in-person events.

5. Strategic People Initiatives

• Drive and support central HR initiatives such as: o Internal & External Surveys, Performance Management System (PMS) cycles, and Learning Hours.

• Analyze data and feedback to improve employee programs.

6. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and Wellness

• Lead and support DEI initiatives and employee wellness programs.q

• Organize activities such as medical camps, wellness sessions, and insurance support desks.

7. Employee Lifecycle Touchpoints

• Ensure consistent and system-driven 360 employee engagement across all stages.

• Monitor and enhance employee experience through data, feedback, and action planning.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in employee engagement, Business Partnering roles, or internal communications.

• Proven experience in organizing employee events and driving engagement campaigns.

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.

• Passion for employee well-being, inclusion, and cultural enhancement.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with HRMS/engagement platforms is a plus.

Education:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
