Job Summary

employee expense reimbursements using SAP Concur

Key Responsibilities

Process and verify employee expense reimbursement claims through
SAP Concur
Review expense reports for policy compliance, approvals, and accuracy
Validate supporting documents, bills, and receipts
Coordinate with employees and approvers for clarifications or corrections
Post expense entries in ERP/accounting systems
Support timely reimbursement payments to employees
Handle rejected/returned claims and resolve discrepancies
Assist in MIS reporting, audits, and month-end closing activities
Ensure adherence to company expense policies and internal controls

Required Skills & Qualifications

Hands-on experience with
SAP Concur
(mandatory)
Knowledge of
employee expense reimbursement processes
Basic understanding of
Accounts Payable / Finance Operations
Familiarity with accounting entries and documentation
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficient in
MS Excel
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a shared services or corporate finance setup
Exposure to ERP systems like SAP/Oracle
Understanding of GST/TDS implications on expenses (added advantage)
