Job Title: Assitant Manager(Female)- Employee Engagement, Training & Development Location: [Kishangarh, Rajasthan] Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 3 to 5 Years Qualification: Masters Degree in Human Resources / MSW preferred Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving employee engagement, executing wellness and welfare programs, and supporting training & development initiatives to foster a positive work culture. Key Responsibilities: Employee Engagement Design and execute engagement strategies including team-building events, recognition programs, and communication tools. Plan and coordinate celebrations, get-togethers, picnics, family visits, birthday celebrations, and employee achievements. Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and identify improvement areas. Monitor engagement metrics and analyze data to support strategic HR decisions. Coordinate initiatives like KAIZEN and 5S Drives. HR Induction: Manage and deliver new employee HR inductions and refreshers. Collaborate with HODs and stakeholders to develop induction modules focusing on safety and organizational culture. Training & Development / PMS: Prepare and maintain annual and monthly training calendars. Organize training sessions and workshops on workplace culture, leadership, and inclusivity. Coordinate with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and training needs. Conduct post-training assessments and feedback analysis. Work on maintaining skill matrix data and training MIS reports. Support coordination for PMS and prepare MoMs for key meetings. Employee Wellness: Plan and execute employee wellness programs, health talks, and awareness campaigns. Maintain and follow a yearly wellness calendar. Promote initiatives that enhance employee health and well-being. Employee Welfare: Ensure timely provision of employee medical cards and related welfare services. Foster a supportive and positive work environment. Key Skills & Attributes: Strong knowledge of labor laws and occupational health & safety standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach. A pleasant personality with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
