Barclays is looking for Employee Compliance Analyst to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement effective compliance programs to mitigate risks.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address compliance issues.
Provide training and guidance on compliance matters to employees.
Monitor and report on compliance metrics and trends.
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance compliance.

Job Requirements
