Employee Benefits Insurance - Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive in our Employee Benefits Group Insurance department located in Andheri, Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in building and managing a portfolio of employee benefits insurance clients. With a minimum of 3 years of experience in an Employee Benefits Sales role, either with an insurance company or broker, you will be tasked with various responsibilities to drive business growth and maintain client relationships effectively. Your primary responsibilities will include generating new business through methods such as cold calling and networking, as well as contacting existing clients to schedule meetings based on renewal data. You will be expected to conduct in-person client meetings to offer appropriate insurance solutions and collaborate with the placements team to obtain competitive quotes. Proactively following up with clients to close sales and nurture relationships will be essential, along with managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to policy placement. To excel in this role, you must possess strong verbal communication skills and have previous experience in a sales position, with cold calling experience being a valuable asset. Building and sustaining strong client relationships, along with demonstrating excellent negotiation and closing skills, are key requirements. Effective coordination and organizational abilities will be necessary to handle multiple client accounts efficiently.
