Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and articulate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing a portfolio of employee benefits insurance clients.

1)Generate new business through cold calling and networking.

2)Contact existing clients from renewal data to set up meetings.

3)Conduct in-person client meetings to present insurance solutions.

4)Coordinate with the placements team to derive competitive quotes.

5)Proactively follow up with clients to close sales and maintain relationships.

6)Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to policy placement.

Required Skills

1)Strong verbal communication skills are essential.

2)Experience in a sales role is required; cold calling experience is preferred.

3)Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

4)Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

5)Effective coordination and organizational abilities.

6)Willingness and availability to meet clients in person frequently.
