Administer and manage EMC NetWorker backup infrastructure.

Design and implement backup and recovery strategies across servers, applications, and databases.

Monitor backup jobs and troubleshoot failures or performance issues.

Perform regular testing and validation of backup and disaster recovery procedures.

Maintain documentation of backup configurations, processes, and incident resolutions.

Collaborate with infrastructure, database, and application teams to ensure backup compliance.

Ensure adherence to company data retention and security policies.

Participate in DR (Disaster Recovery) planning and execution
