We are looking for a passionate and skilled Technical Trainer to train engineering/diploma students in Embedded Systems, IoT, Automation, and related technologies across various institutions in Tamil Nadu.

Role Overview

As a Technical Trainer, you will deliver hands-on training programs, workshops, and project-based sessions. You will visit engineering colleges and training centers across Tamil Nadu, guide students, and support industry-driven academic initiatives.

In addition, after teaching hours and on non-teaching days, you will actively contribute to ongoing industry projects handled by our organization.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality training on MATLAB, Arduino, Python, IoT, Raspberry Pi, Embedded C & PLC.

Conduct workshops, hands-on labs, and real-time project sessions.

Travel to colleges/training centers for on-site programs.

Prepare training materials, demos, assignments & mini projects.

Mentor students and support their learning journey.

Coordinate training schedules with academic institutions.

Support curriculum development and content improvement.

Work on real industry projects after teaching hours and during non-teaching days.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s / Master’s / PhD in ECE / EEE / CSE / Mechatronics / Instrumentation / Robotics or related fields.

Preferred / Additional Skills

Strong communication & presentation skills.

Ability to simplify technical concepts for students.

Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu.

Experience in student training or mentoring.

Knowledge of robotics, sensors & embedded debugging.

Familiarity with industrial protocols (Modbus, CAN, OPC-UA).

Hands-on experience with hardware, microcontrollers & lab equipment.
