Embedded Trainer

As an Embedded Trainer, your responsibility will be to design and deliver training programs focused on embedded systems and software. You will be developing training materials, conducting hands-on workshops, and providing guidance to individuals learning to work with embedded technologies. Your role is crucial in ensuring that participants gain the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively develop, test, and debug embedded systems. Your responsibilities will include developing comprehensive training programs on embedded systems and technologies, conducting hands-on training sessions and workshops for engineering teams, evaluating and assessing the training needs of different teams and individuals, providing ongoing support and mentoring to engineers, creating instructional materials, documentation, and resources, staying updated with the latest advancements in embedded systems and technologies, collaborating with R&D teams to integrate training with project goals, and monitoring and reporting on training outcomes and effectiveness. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, along with proven experience in embedded systems development and training. You should possess strong knowledge of embedded software and hardware design, excellent communication and presentation skills, the ability to create clear and engaging instructional materials, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience with embedded development tools and platforms. The skills required for this position include proficiency in Embedded C/C++ programming, microcontroller programming, Embedded Linux, Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS), debugging and diagnostic tools, hardware-software integration, technical writing, and training and mentoring.
