About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Embedded Systems Engineer to join our engineering team and contribute to the design, development, and validation of embedded firmware and systems. The role involves hands-on work with microcontrollers, low-level driver development, communication protocols, and system bring-up for real-world products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain

    embedded firmware in C/C++

    for microcontroller-based systems.
  • Implement and debug

    low-level driver code

    for communication peripherals, including

    SPI, I²C, UART, ADC, CAN, PWM, and Ethernet (UDP/TCP)

    .
  • Work with microcontrollers such as

    STM32, ESP32, PIC32, NXP (LPC/i.MX RT),

    or similar platforms.
  • Perform firmware bring-up, peripheral configuration, and hardware–software integration.
  • Support debugging and validation using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and standard lab tools.
  • Collaborate with hardware teams to understand schematics and resolve system-level issues.
  • Contribute to documentation, code reviews, and continuous improvement of firmware quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in

    Embedded C/C++

    .
  • Hands-on experience with

    MCU peripherals and driver development

    .
  • Working knowledge of

    digital logic circuits

    and interfacing concepts.
  • Basic understanding of

    analog circuits, circuit theory, and signal behavior.

  • Ability to read datasheets, reference manuals, and hardware schematics.
  • Familiarity with debugging tools (JTAG/SWD, GDB, vendor IDEs).

Good to Have (Preferred Skills)

  • Experience implementing

    algorithms and control logic

    .
  • Exposure to

    system architecture design

    and modular firmware design.
  • Hands-on experience with

    RTOS concepts

    (tasks, queues, semaphores).
  • Knowledge of

    timer handling techniques

    and real-time constraints.
  • Experience with

    wireless communication protocols

    such as

    Wi-Fi, BLE/Bluetooth, ZigBee, LoRa, GPRS, NFC, and RF systems
