Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Email Executive to manage and streamline our day-to-day email communications. The ideal candidate will have strong written communication skills, organizational abilities, and a professional approach to handling internal and external correspondence.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing emails across departments
• Draft, format, and send professional emails to clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Maintain organized records of email communications and follow-ups
• Coordinate with HR, sales, and operations teams to relay timely updates
• Respond to queries and escalate issues to relevant departments when needed
• Ensure timely communication and follow-through on scheduled meetings and tasks
• Assist in preparing email templates, reports, and communication logs

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in email handling, office coordination, or customer communication
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Gmail, and basic Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• Professional attitude and attention to detail
