About the Role:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a premium FinTech and E-commerce platform. If you have prior experience in chat support or e-commerce processes and strong communication skills, this role is for you!
Requirements:
6+ months of customer support experience (E-commerce / BPO preferred).
Excellent communication skills in Hindi & Kannada.
Strong problem-solving & customer handling skills.
Willingness to work in a 9 AM – 9 PM project window.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via chat & support channels.
Resolve issues related to:
UPI transactions stuck
Order not delivered
Applied coupon code not working
Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
