Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Act as the primary point of contact for operational ticket resolution related to Trend Micro Email Gateway (DDEI, IMSVA) 🔹 Perform upgrades, patching, and email gateway implementation 🔹 Email traffic analysis including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, spam, spoofing, phishing, and malware 🔹 Prepare RCA for email delivery issues and ensure service availability 🔹 Collaborate with vendor teams and internal stakeholders 🔹 Monitor email security dashboards, generate reports, and optimize resources Must-Have Skills: ✅ Trend Micro Email Security (IMSVA, DDEI) ✅ Email Authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) ✅ Hands-on with ForcePoint, ProofPoint, SentinelOne is a plus ✅ Knowledge of DNS records & basic networking ✅ RCA and patch management experience Qualifications: 🎓 B.Tech / BE / M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent 🧾 Relevant certifications are an added advantage 📩 Apply now or refer a friend!
