Key Responsibilities

• Email Scraping & Automation:

  📧 Conduct targeted email scraping from various online sources to generate qualified leads and contact lists. Implement and manage automation tools and workflows to make these processes as efficient as possible.

• Data Management & Analysis:

  📊 Clean, organize, and manage large datasets. Use advanced Excel functions and

  PivotTables

  to analyze data, identify trends, and create clear, concise reports that inform business decisions.

• Workflow Streamlining:

  ⚙️ Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current data and outreach processes. Design and implement new, automated workflows to improve overall productivity and data accuracy.

• Tool Proficiency:

  🛠️ Effectively utilize and manage tools like

  Apollo.io

  to support lead generation and sales development efforts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience with

  email scraping and automation tools

  .
• Expert-level proficiency in

  Microsoft Excel

  , advanced formulas, and data visualization.
• Demonstrated ability to

  streamline workflows

  and improve operational efficiency.
